Our company has reduced its capital pursuant to Article 447, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, with the aim of enabling flexible and agile future capital policies. Out of the share capital amounting to 115.8 million yen, 105.8 million yen has been reduced, resulting in a post-reduction capital amount of 10 million yen.
